In the spring, Blood Orange Mimosas by swapping out the orange juice for blood orange juice.In the fall, swap the orange juice for apple cider to make an Apple Mimosa. Dip the rim in cinnamon sugar and garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired.
For the holidays, swap the orange juice for cranberry juice for a festive cranberry mimosa. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and fresh cranberries.
You can also add an ounce of your favorite fruit liqueur to your mimosa — pomegranate liqueur, limoncello, or triple sec are all delicious!
